We are please to announce the addition of SkinSpin to our amazing line up of programs at SkinSport Fitness Center Anthem!

SkinSpin is the indoor cycling workout where your trainers are all competitive road and mtn riders. We will take you on a riding experience like no other. Interval training, Hill climbing, Race senarios, Most importantly you will be pushed to reach new levels of fitness while burning massive calories during this 50 minute session.

A TYPICAL CLASS

Your SkinSpin instructor will lead you and the pack through an amazing journey each time you are here, taking tours through multiple terrain types to keep things interesting!

  1. At the beginning, the pace is easy and the resistance light, to get your legs warmed up.
  2. Speed and intensity increase and decrease to give you the best interval training possible. You will travel uphill, downhill, over small rollers and on flat terrain to simulate real road riding. All of our SkinSpin instructors are experienced road and mtn riders so our simulation of a real ride is flawless!
  3. At the end of the class you will finish the journey and ride home together.This is where we stretch and recover, While you will be ready for the session to end you will also be looking forward to the next session!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

  • Comfortable workout clothes. Cycling shorts will make the ride more comfortable, but they’re not essential.
  • Gym shoes. We recommend cycling shoes with Shimano SPD mountain cleats, but check with your instructor if you need more specific help.
  • Water bottle.
  • Towel. You’re going to get sweaty!

Who knew that a 30 minute Fat Blasting Muscle Toning session could yield such amazing results??

 

How do we do it?

By training the body with High Intensity Intervals.

These intervals take fitness to the next level. We give your body a rapid

progression of exercises that challenge it every second you are here with us while

using brief periods of active recovery. This process will increase your endurance and

overall athletic performance and allow you to

gain the body you have always wanted in less time!

We combine exercises that use Resistance with the very best body weight exercises to

give you a ton of variety and work your body to its full potential!

Best of all you can come in to workout 5 days a week for the price of 1!

This program works so good that it should be illegal,

Lucky for you it’s not! Every workout is held in an awesome structure directly in the heart of Phoenix.

This atmosphere gives us the only venue in phoenix that is located

directly in the middle of the city, Under the sky scrapers, in an awesome setting

that we are able to manipulate to our needs.

This is a Fitness playground of sorts where we will be performing rapid fire exercises

to blast off unwanted fat while building full body strength and stamina.

I am not an athlete, Is this program for me?

 

Our workouts are designed to be fun, supportive and challenging

while burning the maximum amount of fat in the smallest amount of time.

We can easily personalize any workout to accommodate your goals

and fitness level so NO, you do not have to be an athlete or even fit

to start one of our programs. If you are an athlete we will push you to achieve

the pinnacle of fitness during your workouts. If you do have some sort of Injury that

would keep you from performing a task then you can always contact us

and we can discuss the plan that would be right for you!

 

What time are your sessions?

We currently run the BootCamp sessions early morning only.

These sessions start at 6:00 am and run Monday through Friday!
