SkinSpin is the indoor cycling workout where your trainers are all competitive road and mtn riders. We will take you on a riding experience like no other. Interval training, Hill climbing, Race senarios, Most importantly you will be pushed to reach new levels of fitness while burning massive calories during this 50 minute session.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
- Comfortable workout clothes. Cycling shorts will make the ride more comfortable, but they’re not essential.
- Gym shoes. We recommend cycling shoes with Shimano SPD mountain cleats, but check with your instructor if you need more specific help.
- Water bottle.
- Towel. You’re going to get sweaty!
